Day 1 : Nairobi - Lake Nakuru park

Pick up from your hotel or Airport and drive via the scenic Great Rift Valley, A brief stop at the view point to get a view /take photos of the Great Rift Valley.The Great Rift Valley as originally described extends from Lebanon in the north to Mozambique in the south, and constitutes one of two distinct physiographic provinces of the East African mountains physiographic division. We arrive to the Pink Lake often referred so due to it’s Great masses of Flamingos in good time for lunch. Lunch at a lodge followed by full afternoon game drives. Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru lodge or Camp

Day 2: Lake Nakuru - Maasai Mara.

We break the camp/depart the lodge soon after breakfast and proceed to Masai Mara to arrive in good time for Lunch. Late afternoon game drives followed by dinner and overnight at a safari camp or Lodge in Masai Mara Reserve.

Day 3 and 4: Explore Masai Mara

Full day spent exploring the Maasai Mara in search of the big 5- Optional early morning balloon safari or a tour of the Masai Village can be arranged at an extra cost.

The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe: over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and elephant. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna- lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vultures.

Day 5: Maasai Mara - Nairobi

You will wake up for an early morning game drive for a chance to see more animals (this is optional) before returning to the lodge/camp for full breakfast. Check out from the lodge/camp and drive to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch.

Child Policy

At Felessy Tours and Safaris, we understand the importance of creating memorable family vacations. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for families with children, we have formulated the following children policy:

1. Children below 3 years:
   • Children aged below 3 years old are welcomed with open arms and are eligible to travel free of charge when accompanied by at least one paying adult.
2. Children between 3 and 13 years:
   • Children between the ages of 3 and 13 years will be charged at a discounted rate of 75 percent of the adult rate. This is our way of making family travel more accessible and affordable for parents with young children.
3. Teens between 13 and 18 years:
   • Teenagers between the ages of 13 and 18 years are considered young adults and will be subject to the full adult rate. This reflects our commitment to offering fair pricing while recognizing the changing needs and preferences of older children.

 

Booking Policy

Clients are supposed to make a 50 percent down payment to confirm their safari. The balance is paid either in cash or through credit card upon arrival in Kenya before commencement of the safari. Please note that credit card payment attracts an extra charge which is levied by the banks.
